I do require you to contact me via email.
I do not keep your email address for more than 7 days unless you have asked to be put on my VIP list. In this instance I will send you the occasional email (one or two a year) containing special offers and news. If you wish to be taken off this list, simply email me and I will take you off immediately.
If you respond to one of my blog posts (on the comments section) your email details are not published. I do not file details of your email addresses. The only details published are your name – please use a ficticious one and your website address if you choose to state that. I always monitor any comments and will not allow spam to be published on this site. I do however heartily welcome comments from you.
Telephone Numbers
My new telephone number is not published on the internet. That means that if anyone searches for my number if they find it in your phone, it cannot be traced to me and therefore this website. I will never, ever call you unless we have agreed to a time and day. Please dont not ask me to call you if I have a ‘quiet day’. I will simply not do it.
Media and Publicity
If you have any kind of media interest in you, I would prefer that you do not contact me. I am not interested in being famous or being on the front page of a tabloid.
