My name is Nathan and I am one of the Customer Service Managers here at the Eros Guide. I just read the comments that you made about the Eros Guide on your personal blog, and you were so kind that I felt compelled to drop you a quick line and pass along an emphatic thank you! It is so nice to hear that we’re living up to the expectations of our customers and meeting those that we set for ourselves. Our goal from day one, has not only been to provide a professional and valuable service, but to build a strong, personalized rapport with our clients, and to then maintain a professional, courteous relationship with you, as long as you choose to do business with us.
As a consumer, I am fully aware that it is all too common an occurrence for a business to treat its’ customers at best impersonally, and at worst with complete disdain. Without our customers, we wouldn’t be in business, and it’s as simple as that. From my experience, not many company’s seem to understand that, but I can state with complete honesty that the Eros Guide does. I’ve been with the company for just over four years now, and I’m so happy to be here. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to deal with people as kind as you on a daily basis, and I’m glad to hear that we’ve succeeded in meeting your expectations thus far.

They are on the ball. And thanks for the compliments on the two sites I run. I try and respond to people and let them know what is happening. As someone who creates a few escort websites and then promotes those on directories, I know all too well the frustration when you never hear from anyone for weeks on end. There are at lease 4 directories I always promoted on, and now they have gone so quiet, and the escorts never appear on the sites. Why. Its not just me, no new escorts have been added.
Its a part time job for me, but I try. Thanks for your compliments. Oh I think eros made a new sale because of what you said.
